OTHERWIND creates environments that respond to their surroundings. We collaborate with trusted architects, designers, engineers and skilled tradespeople to develop strategies that meet each client's goals. Honest and meaningful relationships matter to us. In 2018, our Easterly house won the AIA LA Residential Architecture Citation Award.
Services
We specialize in new custom homes, renovations and landscapes across Los Angeles, with particular expertise in hillside construction. Our work spans site evaluation and planning through construction and project management, with hands-on leadership at every phase. We handle permits and compliance, and coordinate closely with a reliable crew of trades we trust.
Leadership
PATRICK VAILLANCOURT is a licensed general contractor and fourth-generation builder. He holds a BFA in Sculpture from Washington University in St. Louis and a MFA from CalArts.
SIDONIE LOISELEUX is an artist, interior designer and project manager. She grew up in France and studied visual art at L’Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Paris. She received her MFA from CalArts.
