We transformed this challenging hillside into a vibrant garden surrounded by 500 linear feet of custom steel fencing with sapele hardwood fascia. The enclosure creates a unified boundary solution for three contiguous lots. The project emerged through close collaboration with Tolo Architecture, where we addressed the slope's complexities through careful terracing. Working with landscape designer Wade Graham, we converted the bare terrain into a lush garden with meandering pathways and intimate seating areas that enhance biodiversity while maintaining privacy and warmth.
