We expanded this 1940's ranch house with a cantilevered ipe deck along the side yard. In the rear, we installed a new stone patio, pool, pergola and fire-pit. The interior renovation focused on fluid indoor-outdoor transitions, with updated windows, doors, flooring and a new HVAC system. Fresh exterior paint and a custom garage door completed the makeover, enhancing functionality and curb appeal.
