This custom four-story residence unfolds as a vertical sequence, from a rooftop garden down to the kitchen, living area and balconies, followed by a level of bedrooms and office, then two auxiliary bedrooms below, and finally the garage and entry at grade. Each level is linked by elevator, creating a continuous passage between open sky and the most grounded interior spaces. Working with Louis Molina and Laurent Turin of Good Idea Studio, the primary living spaces are elevated to frame sweeping views of the Santa Monica and Verdugo Mountains.
